2024 Mesa Oaks Yearly Meeting

Cheers Mesa Oaks homeowners! We’re happy to see you at the 2024 annual HOA meeting to be held at the Schertz Public Library on July 17, 2024 from 6 pm CST to 7:45 pm CST. The meeting will be located in Meeting Room 2 inside the library. Attendance will be taken via sign in sheet. All homeowners will be validated against the Master Homeowner List. Please ensure you have previously accomplished the Homeowner Census to help us validate your HOA membership. Please ensure you have previously accomplished the Homeowner Census. Only one vote per household.

  • Door close promptly at 6:00 pm. 
  • Meeting end:  7:45 pm.

  • Call to Order

  • Review of Routine Business (explanation of major efforts, new business, enforcements, finances).

  • Determination of enforcement of delinquencies.

  • Volunteers (Christmas decorations, etc.).

  • Q&A.

  • Appointment of Executive Officers.

  • Election of Board Member(s).
