All Information Technology services are being staffed internally.  This has saved us thousands of dollars. But, it requires specialized knowledge and we must always have many I.T. experts ready to assist in common duties.

Examples of tasks include:

• Ensuring backups are made.

• Creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures.

• Testing of systems.

• Performing server maintenance.

• Doing limited support to homeowners with respect to HOA I.T. systems only.

• Testing software updates.

• Upgrading systems.

• Managing contractors.

I.T. is expensive if outsourced. Our systems are designed that it can be reasonably maintained by homeowners with some I.T. experience.
