Door-to-door notifications consent forms (if not received by other means).
Contractor performance monitoring.
Review of HOA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Maintenance of lists.
Responding to homeowner service requests (e.g. issues with contractors, issues with city services, responses to homeowner records requests).
Posting of HOA homeowner entitled documents such as meeting minutes, voting results, newsletters, etc.
Printing, preparing, and mailing paper letters to residents.
