Payment Schedule
HOA assessments are due in January end of month. If you elect to pay twice a year, then the 2nd payment is due June, end of month of every year. Residents will have 30 days to pay. Personal notifications will be sent electronically or by snail mail. General notifications and reminders will be published on the website, on our HOA social media, via emails, and if volunteers are available, via door-to-door followup.
For your Privacy and Security
The HOA will no longer collect payment information on a website because it puts your private payment information at risk of cyber-crimes. The best way to avoid all cyber-invasions is never to collect financial information in the first place. Cyber-crimes are our biggest threat as an HOA and can cause each homeowner the biggest amount of harm. If someone gets your financial information, they can impersonate you, commit crimes under your name, or steal your money. The chances of an individual fixing all this are very small. Cyber-intrusions are not a question of “if”, but “when”.

Instead, we now offer payment via Bill Pay and traditional mailed checks. This keeps a natural wall of separation between you and the HOA. Bill Pay is not an HOA feature. Bill Pay is a function offered by banks at no cost to you. It saves you the cost of postage.
Payment Amount
Beginning January 2024, you have a reduced payment option.
Please refer to the Dues Calculator as a reference for determining how much you will pay.
Here are some examples of what your bill could look like.
How to Pay
Please pay either through:
Option A) (free) Bill Pay
- HOA Routing Number: 114916103
- HOA Account Number: 3003020200
Mesa Oaks Homeowners Association 1248 FM 78, Suite 102 PMB 4103 Schertz, TX 78154-2466 |
Please include your home’s Property ID number which is found on the top right of your yearly assessment. Bill Pay usually offers a Memo field for this purpose.
Bill Pay is a free service offered by most major banks. As the name implies, it allows you to pay bills directly from your bank. You supply the details of the biller to your bank (in this case, the HOA), and they mail us a check. This is a more secure option because the only information the HOA gets is what is on the bank’s check.
Option B) Postal Mail – mail a check to our new HOA mailbox:
